Privacy notice

InvoiceFlow stores your account details, Drive authorization tokens, selected folder metadata, source documents, extracted XML, invoice values, exports, and operational audit events to provide document processing and reporting.

Drive access is read-only. Google consent permits reading Drive files; the application scans only folders configured by the workspace owner. Selecting recursive monitoring includes their subfolders. Original Drive files are never changed.

Google authorization tokens are encrypted in the application database. Private files are accessible only to authenticated members of their workspace. Source files follow workspace retention, exports expire after seven days, and audit metadata is retained for up to one year.

Disconnect Drive to stop future scans and remove local authorization tokens. Delete local sources from Files & processing. Contact the service operator for account deletion, backup retention details and privacy requests. Contact details are shown in your service agreement.

Google user data is used only to deliver this service and is not used for advertising or training generalized AI models. Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider, not stored by InvoiceFlow.
