Service terms

InvoiceFlow processes documents you are authorized to upload or connect. You remain responsible for the source documents, invoice correctness, and tax obligations.

Subscriptions provide the displayed input-file, folder and member allowances. A new Drive revision is a new input file. Trial access expires after 14 days. Payment details, recurring charges and cancellation terms are presented at checkout or in your agreed commercial contract.

The service extracts embedded UBL XML and reports supplied amounts. It does not certify PDF/A conformance, perform OCR, verify signatures, confirm authority acceptance or submit invoices. Review extraction warnings before using reports.

Keep backups of original documents. Local files are deleted according to your workspace retention settings. Generated workbooks expire after seven days.
